the hotel's ski shop was convenient. the staff there was helpful. i liked that the hotel offered free still and sparkling water in the bar.
i found the storage space quite lacking in the room.

the room had nice nuxe products in the bathroom. the bed was comfortable and allowed for good rest. the room offered views of the landscape.

the spa included a sauna, swimming pool, hamam, and ice cabin. breakfast was excellent (especially the pancakes!). there was also a kids area in the bar that had free sweets and popcorn.

Excellent Ski Trip!

I found a lovely bar area. It was just next to the chill-out zone for children. The ski shop staff was very helpful. They brought skis to the hotel entrance each morning. The buffet at breakfast and dinner had variety. Staff attended to every guest's needs. The hotel arranged the airport transfer effortlessly through reception.
Storage space in the room was lacking. this was a slight inconvenience

The spa includes a sauna, hammam, ice room. an indoor pool with a comfortable temperature, and a children's play area. There are complimentary drinks available at the bar lounge. I enjoyed those. Arcade games are also present.

The breakfast buffet runs until 10 am. It offers a wide variety of choices. I found a fresh orange juicer. It was an nice touch, I believe. The restaurant food was great. It featured local dishes.

The rooms seemed spacious. They were pleasant and comfortable, I must add. A great balcony was a nice amenity in the room. Kids' bathrobes are available. Guests must request them.

This made access very easy! The hotel is in Plagne Centre next to the pistes, that's right! I also noticed a few minutes' walk to resort centre.

varied buffetgames arcade
the ski shop staff were very helpful each morning they got the skis to the front of the hotel breakfast and dinner buffet was varied the staff were very attentive to the guests facilities included a bar a spa and a games arcade for after ski entertainment. the reception staff assisted with ski passes and airport transfers
the room lacked storage space
